A selfie with words - I quit drinking coffee (again) and i feel better

This is my +-10th time that i stopped drinking coffee, i am now about 10 days free with drinking it and i feel way more relaxt and i have less chaotic thoughts.

Another thing that i find remarkable is that my taste is better, also my smell is better, i don't why that's but maybe it's because i am relaxt and i am just breathing deeper.

I am still drinking tea and there's also caffeine in it but i have not those effects that i have with coffee like the hyperactivity and the restlessness, there must be something in coffee that's making me so hyper..

The longest period i stopped drinking coffee was about 50 days in a row, overall i can say i feel better without coffee....sometimes a cup like once a week is a possibility but for me it works better to totally quit it.
